MIRA X

MIRA Channel is the backbone of any digital program which needs to reach the last mile communities. Launched in 2012, MIRA is a tested and proven model, which started as Women Health Life Channel (later renamed as MIRA – Mobile Integrated Resources for Aurat or Women) to create awareness on Maternal & Child Health for rural women, girls and children, and connecting them with healthcare service. MIRA provides timely communication, Progress tracking, Service delivery and behaviour change communication through numerous value added digital tools like story-telling, games and capacity building & trainings. In addition, it provides robust dashboard to keep track of each & every minute of activities happening on the ground.

MIRA Model

MIRA has now has transitioned as a last-mile digital channel to connect to multiple health issues and related domains in the rural and marginalized communities, especially women and girls. For Global Development, MIRA has collaborated with partnered with some of leading corporate, International NGOs, bilateral and multilateral organization to reach the last-mile and create sustainable impact. Some of them are GAVI (Geneva), StopTB Partnership (Geneva), Philips Foundation (Netherlands), Heifer International (USA), CARE (Netherlands), Johnson & Johnson (India and USA), Reliance (India) and many more.
